Get the crispy and tasty Zinger Burger which is suitable for that quick bite.
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato slices, pickles (optional)
  • Mayonnaise or your favorite sauce

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl place chicken breasts and pour buttermilk over them, let it sit for at least an hour.
  2. In a small shallow dish place flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper.
  3. Prepare oil in a frying pan to be hot.
  4. Apply pre-cooked seasoned flour to the marinated chicken and make sue it is coated properly.
  5. Submerge the chicken pieces in hot oil and fry evenly to a good cowboy brown and cook chicken to about ¾ through, which may take 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. For the burgers, toast the hamburger buns and then layer lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo on it.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
