Ingredients:
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 80 grammes of the low-fat mozzarella cheese cut into small pieces
- Additional preferences about the ingredients preferred by the customer (for instance; pepperoni, mushroom, bell pepper, onions etc).
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Dried oregano and/or basil and the best thing is to use fresh instead of dried but if one can’t get the fresh, the dried one will do nicely.
- Salt and pepper to specification
Instructions:
- Temperature wise, for this Italian delicious lasagna recipe, the oven should be preheated with a_temperature of 475°F (245°C).
- Flat and elongate the pizza dough on the lightly floured surface until it forms a thin layer or the crust thickness desired.
- Take the dough out from this bowl, and place it on a baking sheet or on a pizza stone.
- Bake the ready pizza dough for 7-10 minutes, spread the pizza sauce over the whole base of the pizza.
- On the sauce, it is appropriate to spread the mozzarella cheese.
- Add your favorite toppings.
- Last of all, spread dried oregano, basil, salt, ground course black pepper on it and put a few drops of olive oil.
- Place it in the oven, and bake for 12-15 minutes or when the crust begins to brown and the cheese becomes soft and bubbly.
- Remove and allow it to cool for a few minutes, take and cut in the slice, good enough to be served still hot.
