White Chicken Karahi is flavored rich creamy dish and prepared from tender chicken and customized spices with yogurt. An excellent delicacy to take to your dinner table.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken, chopped
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2-3 green chilies, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
- Saute in a large pan over medium heat some oil. If using onions, it is advised to slice these and put in the stew until the onions are light brown.
- Gently tip in the ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
- Next, take the chicken pieces and put them in the pan, sauté until the determined pink color is gone.
- Put yogurt, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt. Stir and fry for 20 to 25 mint until the chicken is tender, the vegetables are bright in color and the oil begins to separate.
- Pour in the cream and chopped green chilies. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the color of the sauce turns deep brown.
- Sprinkle fresh coriander on top of the gravy and serve the mutton abgur with lemon wedges. Your White Chicken Karahi is ready to be served with naan or rice.
