Chicken Wrap Roll

They can’t leave or forget the fine taste of the chicken wrap roll that comes hot with dressing and garnishing.
Serves: 2-4
Ingredients:
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- A serving of boiled, sliced white fish, 150 gm
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup of red onions that could be chopped or sliced.
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated and chopped
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Season to the food with salt and black pepper.
Instructions:
- Put on the tortilla wraps and ensure that they are clean ready to have the meal placed on them.
- Place the chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, slicured cucumber and red onion on each of the tortilla wraps.
- Place the slices of the grilled chicken on top of the arranged vegetables.
- Now spread the shredded cheddar cheese on the chicken.
- Sprinkle a little ranch dressing over the filling, or enough to give a slight taste to the pie.

- Fold each tortilla in a roll starting with a bottom and then covering the sides of the roll.
- If required you can pin it with a toothpick so as to keep the wraps in proper position.
- For the cut serve the wrap roll diagonally in slices.
